The short version

There's no subcontractor chain and no franchise arrangement. When you book Rapid Paving, the installers who arrive are our people, trained on our methods and answerable to us if something isn't right. The person who measured your job knows exactly who's laying it.
Excavation to the right depth, a compacted G5 sub-base, a screeded bedding layer and solid edge restraints — before a single paver touches the ground. It's the part you'll never see once the job's finished, and the only reason driveway paving stays flat under family cars, delivery bakkies and moving day, instead of rutting where the tyres run.
You get a written quote per square metre before we lift a spade, and that's the number you pay. We don't add a “we hit rock” surcharge once the job's underway — if ground conditions change the price, we tell you before we carry on, not after.
The paver manufacturer covers the block. We cover the base, the laying and the finish, in a written guarantee handed over at the end of the job — not a verbal promise you're expected to remember months later.
If your driveway just needs a section lifted, re-levelled and re-sanded, we'll quote that instead of a full rip-out — even though the smaller job earns us less. It's why people phone us again for the next property, and why they recommend us to the neighbour who isn't so sure yet.

No. Every job is laid by our own installers and run by the same person who quoted it. You're not handed over to a stranger once you've signed the quote.
The base preparation and the installation — excavation, sub-base compaction, edge restraints and the laying itself. If that work settles or fails, we come back and put it right. The pavers carry their own separate manufacturer's guarantee.
