Why does my Pretoria driveway keep cracking?
On Pretoria's clay soils it's nearly always the ground moving under a base that was laid too thin or never properly compacted. Fresh pavers on the same weak base crack again within a season. We dig it out and rebuild the sub-base to suit the clay, which is the only fix that lasts.
Can you pave around mature trees and established gardens?
Yes — it's a big part of what we do in the older suburbs. We work carefully around established roots and beds, handle root-lifted paving properly rather than tiling over it, and match new brick to the existing driveway.
How soon can you start in Pretoria?
