Commercial paving projects
Parking lots, forecourts, entrances and walkways for offices, retail centres, guesthouses and body corporates across Gauteng. Here's a sample of the commercial paving we've laid — built on a compacted base, drained properly, and finished around your trading hours instead of through them.

Commercial paving that keeps working long after we leave
A business surface has a harder life than any home driveway. The jobs below were laid to carry the traffic they actually get, day in and day out.
Loaded delivery bakkies, staff cars turning into the same bays every morning, shopping trolleys and steady foot traffic all land on the same square metre, week in and week out. The projects below were laid for offices, retail centres, guesthouses and body corporates around Johannesburg, Sandton, Midrand, Centurion and Pretoria.
What you can't see in the photos is the part that matters. An excavated and compacted G5 sub-base, edge restraints holding the whole field tight, and falls set so stormwater runs to the outlets instead of ponding at the door. We phase the work and run after-hours shifts, so a car park or forecourt is never out of action longer than it has to be. If you're weighing up a project, our commercial paving service page walks through exactly how we work.
What we pave
The commercial paving we take on
From a ten-bay staff car park to a full retail forecourt — each surface specced for the traffic it carries.
Parking lots and staff bays
For car parks and delivery yards we lay a heavy-duty 80mm interlocking block in herringbone on a deep, compacted sub-base. That combination takes the constant turning, braking and the point load of a parked truck without shifting or rutting. Bays, aisles, disabled parking and shade-net footings are set out to suit the site, and we mark the layout before we hand it back. See our commercial parking-lot paving.
Forecourts and drop-offs
The forecourt is the first thing a client sees when they pull in. We pave reception approaches, drop-off zones and internal courtyards to a clean, level finish with the falls hidden in the design, so the surface reads as sharp but still sheds water to the drains. Contrasting borders and banding are an easy way to guide traffic and lift the look at the same time.
Pedestrian walkways and links
Foot traffic wants a different surface to a truck route. For walkways between buildings, covered links and paths through landscaped areas we lay flatter, slip-resistant large-format pavers that stay comfortable underfoot and easy to keep clean. Level thresholds and gentle ramps keep them friendly for trolleys, prams and wheelchairs. More on commercial walkway paving.
Entrances and access roads
Gates, boom areas and internal access roads take the heaviest, slowest traffic on the property. We build these on the same engineered base as an industrial yard and restrain the edges properly, so the paving holds its line where vehicles crawl and turn all day. Business driveways and main entrances are covered under our commercial driveway paving.
Why it holds up
What our commercial clients get for their money
The value is in the base, the drainage and the way we schedule the work — the parts a cheap quote quietly skips.
Built to carry the load80mm herringbone pavers on a compacted G5 base spread truck and forklift weight without rutting
Drainage that copes with a stormFalls and channel drains set so a Highveld downpour runs to the outlets, not across your entrance
Laid after hours and in phasesWeekend and night shifts, sectioned work — so the car park never fully closes
Fixed written quotesAn itemised price against your order number and a VAT invoice on completion. Nothing added later
Spot-repairable for lifeLift and relay a section after a service trench or a settled patch, without touching the rest of the surface
Safe, cordoned, tidy siteLive areas barriered off, access kept clear for staff, customers and deliveries, off-cuts carted away
They repaved our whole visitor car park over two weekends and we never once closed to the public. The falls were re-cut so the entrance finally stops flooding after a summer storm, and the final invoice matched the quote to the cent.
